Shipping Policy
At Limzup, we aim to deliver your favorite icepops in the best condition and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.
1. Delivery Time
Local deliveries typically take 2–4 business days after order processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, and external factors like weather or holidays.
2. Perishable Products
Since our icepops are perishable, we take extra care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Products are shipped using insulated packaging to maintain freshness. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order, as we cannot leave the products outside.
3. Shipping Area
We currently ship all over Pakistan. If your location isn't listed as eligible for delivery, please contact us at support@limzup.com for assistance.
4. Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping fee of 10 AED per order. This helps us ensure safe and temperature-controlled delivery of your icepops.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor its status. If you don’t receive a tracking update within 24 hours, please reach out to our support team.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or if no one is available to receive the order, redelivery charges may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information.
7. Shipping Delays
We aim to meet delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier issues, or high demand. In case of significant delays, we will notify you promptly.
8. Damaged or Melted Products
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@limzup.com. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
